Black Cultural Council of Odessa

Mission Statement: The Black Cultural Council of Odessa is a membership organization formed to attract tourist to the area and to provide recreational, historical, cultural events and activities for the citizens of Odessa. This organization sponsors the Martin Luther King Celebration, Evening with the Stars Black History Program and the Juneteenth Celebration each year. Dues are $150.00 per calendar year. We meet the Third Thursday of each month at the Woodson Community Center, 1037 E. Murphy Street, Odessa, Texas. The Annual Membership meeting is in October. The Black Cultural Council Of Odessa is a 501 (c) (3) Non-profit Organization
