Join us for a spectacular milestone at the 25th Evening with the Stars event hosted by the Black Cultural Council of Odessa. This special evening, set for Saturday, February 24th at 7:30 PM, is dedicated to “Recognizing African American High School Seniors” at a distinguished scholarship banquet for 10+ African American Highschool Seniors from our community.

In 2024 the Danny Ray. Wright Scholarship and the Dorothy Jean Mitchell Memorial Scholarship were added.

Guests of honor for the night include Chris Vaughn, the Assistant Director of College Scouting for the Dallas Cowboys, and the remarkable Deuce Vaughn, #42 Running back for the Dallas Cowboys.
